Today’s me, in a pole studio, all bruised and with lots of energy to start a new exciting journey

After many years of silence from blogging, let me start again, and try to be consistent without going off rails.

Take it as a little context before the real blog posts starts.

This time, I have a more structured project in mind (you’d say, sure, with age comes wisdom. I’d say, with age comes a job, through job comes experience, and experience taught me that the more you are focused, the better).

I want to take you to the places I’ve been and those that I still have to explore. I want to share my tips & tricks about my biggest passion, pole dance and dancing. I want to show you how I try to seek for a balance in my daily meals.

So yes, three main themes then: travel, sports and food. Sounds great, right?

If you think you’d be interesting to follow me in my wanderings, learn pole and dance, get inspired for healthy meals, then you are in the right place. By the way, I am also very active on Social media, especially Insta, so be sure to follow me if you want some extra spam. Or feel free to contact me through e-mail if you are curious to know more.

That’s all folks! Enjoy and remember always: carpe diem.
