Almost zero effort to prepare, light, colorful and tasty: one of my favorites to wake up with energy and quickly be on the go for my busy day! Chia seeds are known for their high content in fiber, great for digestive regularity, and rich in antioxidants. I topped it with fresh cranberries and blueberries and one spoon of crunchy muesli.

Let’s have a look at the ingredients and how to prepare it!

Ingredient list for 1 serving
- 20g chia seeds
- 100gr Lactose-free plain kefir
- 5gr (1tsp) wildflower honey
- 125g rasperries
- 20g fresh cranberries
- 20g blueberries
- Some muesli to top
You will need prepare this in advance and let it sit in the fridge for at least 30min (I usually prepare it the night before)
Total preparation time: 5 min
- Smash the raspberries in a bowl with a fork
- Add the kefir, chia seeds and the honey and mix with a spoon
- Top with cranberries and blueberries (or any fruit you like, I think berries go well with the pudding)
- Serve with some crunchy muesli or granola on top and coffee / tea as you prefer!
