Ingredient list for 1 serving
- 30g rolled oats
- 1 medium banana, ripe
- 5g almond flour
- 20g blueberries
- 1 tsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 100g 0% lactose free greek yogurt to top
Pre-heat the oven at 170°C.
Total preparation time: 20 min
- Smash the banana with a fork
- Add the oats, the cocoa powder and the almond flour and mix with a spoon
- Line a baking tray with baking paper and create balls of dough with the spoon, press them to make them flatter (around 1-1.5cm height). With those quantities you should make 3 cookies
- Bake 10min each side, let cool and serve with greek yogurt.
